The Durdarsha Sea Lord foundation is the prestigious foundation that started its operations in 2018 in Delhi, India. The Durdarsha Sea Lord foundation works with the primary objective of, "well-being of people". We are functioning in the direction of refinement of the deprived, disadvantaged, needy by organizing several social welfare programs. Rozgaar Creators is one such campaign running with the aim of economic prosperity. It is an initiative to proffer employment to various proficient people based on their knowledge, qualifications and skills. Unemployment is a serious problem which has been an intense national concern for over many decades now. Hence, our campaign, Rojgaar Creators, is a step to eradicate this chronic issue and a move towards "Atma Nirbhar Bharat."

Unemployment is one of the root causes of the denouement of the country as it is a structural situation where the total number of job vacancies is much less than the total number of job seekers. Hence, our welfare campaign of ''Rojgaar Creators' acts as a bridge between the unemployed and employment. We help to set up the matches of suitable candidates for the required jobs so that they can earn their bread and butter by themselves. Further, we also guide the job aspirants and provide financial and other required aids to help them to achieve their dream jobs for their bright future. Infact, we ourselves offer various jobs to fresh graduates, job seekers, educated-uneducated people and the youth to work in our own foundation according to their willingness and abilities.

Generally, some people opt to proffer help directly to those in need and others choose to provide their support through fundraising of financial aids like donations, alms, charity, beneficence to local, national, international foundations running with the motive of welfare. Durdarsha Sea Lord foundation is a NGO which is concerned to help people on a massive scale for long terms and not just sporadically as formers do.
